Spanjaard Graphite Grease is a premium multi-purpose extreme pressure (EP) grease based on a lithium soap thickener, fortified with 5% fine graphite as a solid lubricant. The graphite addition enhances load-carrying capacity, provides dry lubrication under boundary conditions, reduces friction in high-load/vibration environments, and offers improved performance in applications involving shock loads, slow speeds, or where conventional EP additives may be insufficient. It is formulated with highly refined mineral base oils, extreme pressure/anti-wear additives, antioxidants, and corrosion inhibitors.

APPLICATIONS

Lubrication of plain, needle, ball and roller bearings of all types in medium to high speed applications.
Heavy-duty industrial and automotive bearings subjected to high loads, shock, or vibration (e.g., mining equipment, construction machinery, agricultural implements).
Open gears, sliding surfaces, fifth wheels, and joints where a solid lubricant film is beneficial.
Slow-moving heavily loaded components, conveyor systems, and equipment in wet or dusty conditions.
